PPG/TDI casting material system
The system as PPG/TDI prepolymer type, curing agent is ammonia. The elastomer of this kind has good abrasion resistance, hydrolysis resistance and tear strength. Application: water wet conditions, good dynamic performance, can be used to produce various industrial components, such as various roller, plate, bar, belt, conveyor belt, etc., advantage is lower cost.

The system as PTMEG/TDI prepolymer type, curing agent is ammonia. The elastomer of this kind has good abrasion resistance, hydrolysis resistance and tear strength. Application: water wet conditions,good dynamic performance, a variety of industrial components, such as all kinds of hydraulic seals, industrial rubber roller, roller wheel, plate, bar, band, snowboarding and so on.
Polyester /TDI casting material system
The system as Polyester/TDI prepolymer, curing agent is ammonia or alcohol. The elastomer of this kind has good wear resistance, dynamic performance and excellent resistance to chemical solvents and high tear strength properties.
