Cautions
The laser emitted from laser diode shooting at eyes directly must be avoided, which will hurt the eyes.
The output power can not be higher than specified parameter. The operating voltage should be controlled between 1.5V and 2.2V, otherwise it will accelerate component aging.
The output wavelength of laser diode is affected by operating current and heat dissipation. Good heat dissipation conditions should be maintained and the temperature of die during operation must be lowered. Assembling the radiator can avoid high temperature rise for laser diode in the work. The size of radiator will affect the start-up time of products.
This product is an electrostatic sensitive device which firstly requires human body electrostatic discharge when you install or operate it. You can wear anti-static bracelet to prevent static electricity.
Laser diode needs a suitable driving electrical source. Instantaneous reverse current can not exceed 25uA and reverse voltage should not exceed 3V, otherwise the devices will be damaged.
Please pay attention to the polarity and direction of pins to avoid damage when you use it.
The operating environment should be kept away from wet, dust and static electricity. If the product is not used for a long time, it is recommended to put it in the nitrogen cabinet, which can prevent oxidation and extend the service life.
