Application
TYA Multi-Function Lubricating Oil Purifier is developed targeting at the different characteristics of various lubricating oil. It is used to process multiple types of lubricating oil and is widely applied in electric power, metallurgy, mine, machinery, chemical engineering, traffic, manufacturing, food industry, etc. It can purify gear oil, hydraulic oil, freezer oil, compressor oil, vacuum pump oil, internal-combustion oil and heat treatment oil and quickly remove impurities, water, gas light hydrocarbon and light acid that are contained in the oil as well as enhance the quality of oil, resume utilization capacity of lubricating oil.
Features
1. According to the required cleanness, the machine can use filter element of different precision. Precision multi-stage filtration system can remove mechanical impurities in oil effectively.
2. Highly effective breaking emulsification, dehydration and degassing system. Adopted big cubage, reinforced three-dimension flash evaporating tower, membrane evaporation technology and large area multiple-level separation technology of oil, water and gas to remove water content, gas, light hydrocarbon and light acid.
3. Advanced pressure protection device and infrared liquid level control system can ensure the safety operation of the machine.
4. Stable automatic, manual electric heating temperature-control system guarantees the oil heated equally and the temperature stable.
5. Adopted highly effective strong air-cooling condensed system which can quickly decrease the temperature to draw out water vapor as well as water.
