Introduction
The machine is used for the multi- strand twisting of bare copper, coated tin, coated silver, copper- clad aluminum wire
, enameled wire, and other special alloy wires. Regular twisted wires can be done by this buncher instead by stranding
machine.
Features
For copper and aluminum stranding and insulated cores laying- up. Max. productivity is up to 5000 twist/ min.
Separate motor driven structure, electrical pitch on- line adjustment, more convenient & efficient for operation.
Multi- head driven or non- driven bobbin pay- off according to customer' s requests.
Pitch changing is by replacing different sizes of capstan wheels to achieve accurate and stable laying- length.
