High Pressure Suspension Mill--Yulong

High Pressure Suspension Mill can be used for ultra-fine powder processing of 280 non-inflammable and non-explosive materials with Mohý­s hardness below 9.3 and humidity below 8%, such as barite, limestone, pottery, scoria, in the works of mining, metallurgy, chemical, building materials. The particle size of finished product can be adjusted freely from 80mesh to 425mesh. With the special device installed in the machine, it can produce 30-80 mesh coarse powder.
Working Process
In the mainframe of High Pressure Suspension Mill, there are strong springs with pressure of 1000-1500kg equipped on the roller suspender. When the machine works, the rollers rotate around the principal axis, and cling to ring under the effect of the strong springs and centrifugal force. Its press is 1.2 times of Raymond mill under the same press condition, so the production is largely increased. When the materials are sent into the grinding chamber, they are brought to the space between the rollers and ring to be grinded. Then the powder grinded will be blown into separator. The fine powder after being departed with the air is discharged as final product through the outlet. The large-sized powder falls back for regrinding. The circulation wind will be back to the blower for repetition of the above process. The left air will come to the bag filter to get cleaned. When rollers and the ring wear to a certain degree, the length of the strong spring should be adjusted, in order to keep the invariable pressure between the roller and the ring, to ensure the stable production and the fineness of the products.

1. Compared with other mills, its capacity increases by 10%-20% under the same power condition, and compression force of rollers to material improve 800-1200kg under the force of high-pressure spring.
2. All the materials with Mohý­s hardness below 9.3 can be grinded and smashed.
3. Size of final product can be 0.613mm (30mesh) ¦C0.033mm (425mesh). Some can reach the fineness of 0.013mm (1000 mesh).
4. High Pressure Suspension Mill meets the requirement of national dust-dump standard.
5. The separator can be adjusted very easily.
6. The multi-class seals are adopted to keep the grinding equipment tightly closed.
