HF FRAMER OPERATION PRODUCTION
Z1 HF UNIVERSAL SMART FRAMER is one type professional solidwood framer machine,different with other light type framer machine.As the star machine of SAGA,Z1 has explored the deep requirement of customer,and realize various type frame aseembled in one machine.And it also supplies the connection for flow line.Giving up the traditional four corner press assembling method,Z1 applies the most advanced four edge press assembling technology.
90 degree angle frame:
1.set the needed pressure based on the workpiece type,density,thickness and so on.The conveyor sytem will bring the workpiece to the middle of main body and the photoelectric induction system will check the position of the workpiece.
2.The lengthways push block will press the workpiece in lengthways direction under the drive of servo motor,a small pressure will act on the lengthways edge .The crosswise servo motor will drive the crosswide push block to press the crosswide edge the workpiece,at the same time,the lengthways push block will press the workpice with the needed pressure after the small pressure.
3.The HF electrode block will press on the whole edge from the top,start heating.The HF will stop automatically after heating and start cooling.
4.After cooling,the workpiece will be sent out automatically.
45 degree angle frame:
The lengthways and crosswise servo motor are driving at same time.The pressure is acting on the corner of the frame and other opertion is same as 90 degree angle frame.
