Product Introduction:
High Elastic Fabric, also called Lycra fabric. It's one of the Stab Resistant fabrics, and Yusheng's high elastic fabric for tire molding bladder is a substitute for imported product. After actual use by customers, the service life of molding bladder is better than that of imported similar products;
Product Applications:
High Elastic Fabrics are used for military industry at the very beginning, later expanded to tyres manufacturing industry, used mainly for molding bladder. High elastic fabrics has perfect performances, the working life is about 3000-4000 cycles for those molding bladder without high elastic fabrics, while for molding bladder with high elastic fabrics, the working life could be reached to 30000 cycles or higher, this has been proved by the end user.
