•Fog dampener is a special-purpose equipment used for micro dampening before milling. It atomizes water into tiny drops under 100 micrometer, and adds water to wheat epidermis uniformly. On the premise that it doesn’ t increase wheat germ’ s water content, it increases epidermis' water content, softens bran, improves epidermis fiber' s resistance against mechanical damage. Thus, during milling, bran can be kept complete, bran content in flour drops, flour is whitened, flour' s ash content is reduced and finished product quality is improved.
•It can also be used for the fog dampening in rice polishing, and the adding of oil/grease and liquid and water-soluble microelements in animal feed.
