Product Description
Chrome polishing machine is a new generation of fully automatic CNC chrome polishing machine developed on the basis of foreign advanced technology, combined with many years of plate-making experience and modern automatic control technology. The utility model has the advantages of strict structure, stable work, high efficiency and convenient operation etc.
1.Centralized touch display panel operation, pressure display, roll speed display, polishing head reciprocating times display. All the parameters could be set and adjusted according to the demands.
2.The vibration frequency of the polishing head is adjusted by frequency conversion; the pressure is adjusted by cylinder which could satisfy all required vibration frequency and pressure for different crafts.
3.The moving of polishing head adopts linear guide rail and gear rack drive structure, so that the advance and retreat error is kept about 0.02 mm.
