Product Description
The kit uses a single well indirect immunoenzymatic technique for the detection of an antigen (p125 non structural protein), which possesses at least one epitope common to all strains of Hog Cholera Virus. This screening test is performed directly on whole blood, serum, plasma, leukocytes or tissue extracts, allowing the identification of infected swine at early stage of infection.
