Product Description
We are a roll manufacturer with over 30 years’ experience, and we produce Roughing Rolls, Intermediate Rolls, Finishing Rolls, and Cantilever Rolls with suitable materials for long product mills.
Our roll materials include alloy casting steel roll, graphite steel roll, Adamite roll and ring, pearlitic nodular cast iron roll and ring, acicular nodular cast iron roll and ring, indefinite chilled alloy roll, HSS roll and ring, Tungsten Carbide ring, and composite roll with Tungsten Carbide ring.
Graphite steel rolls are composed mainly of pearlite with spherical graphite and some carbide. Graphite steel rolls are stronger than cast iron rolls and harder than other steel rolls. The feature of graphite rolls that is better resistance to fire crack and scale adhesion.
Recommended Applications
-Rolls for section mills, bar mills and wire mills.
-Rolls for roughing stands of hot strip mills, 2-Hi reversing plate mills.
