JK-GBD-520 Graphite Block Digestion System
Adopting the advanced heating technique of infrared tube radiation and platform controlled by the microprocessor, JK-GBD-520 graphite block digestion system can achieve the top heating performance in the short period of time with the satisfactory accuracy. Up to twenty digestion programs can be edited to control the temperature rising curve, and two heating modes including the straight-line type temperature rising mode and curve type temperature rising mode are available. The waste processing system coming with the instrument can absorb the harmful gases such as the acid smog. Equipped with the large LCD screen, the instruments is highly automated, easy to handle, and user-friendly, which can be operated in the hasslefree way. Note: For achieving the better experimental results, JK-GBD-520 and JK-GBD-403 are sold together as a unit.
Feature
Heating method: The graphite block is heated in the infrared heating way,providing the uniform temperature across the block and satisfactory heat conductivity. Therefore, the even sample digestion results can be achieved,
and the heat loss can be prevented maximally.
Control mode: With the help of the intelligent microprocessor, 20 digestion programs can be edited and the desired temperature and time gradient can be preset.
Temperature controlling mode: can be controlled by programs. Two heating modes including the straight-line type temperature rising mode and curve type temperature rising mode are available.
Display: Large touch LCD screen
The split-type waste processing system uses the NaOH to neutralize and eliminate the acid gas generated in the experiment.
The pump in the waste processing device, which is wholly imported, is very powerful and has the good vacuuming performance
The instrument has multiple protections against overvoltage, overcurrent and overheat.
It can retrieve the information stored in the archive.
The corrosion resistant technique is utilized.
The height can be adjusted freely and the overheat alarm will go off if necessary.
