Granite

We have 18.000 m2 of open area and 8.000 m2 of closed area. The factory has 3 main production divisions.
These are:
- Slab Line
- Tile Line
- Special Art Works Division

Slab line has an annual capacity of 150.000 m2. There are 2 Gang Saws on this line; one with 40 blades and one BM Super with 100 blades. There is also a continuous belt calibration and polishing machine, a Bridge Cutter. .

The Tile Line has an annual production capacity of 150.000 m2. There are 1 continuous belt calibrating and polishing machine with 15 heads, 3 block cutting machines, 1 cross cutter, 1 splitting machine on this line. All types of cut-to-size productions can be produced error free.

In the Special Art Works Division, staris, vanity tops, kitchen counters, table tops, skirtings, window sills, borders are produed. In this division, there is a border machine, a CNC machine INTERMAC Master Stone.

The company owns a quarry in the Bilecik Area. The quarry is in Bilecik area and the type of marble quarried is called Rosalia. This marble has 2 main shades: pink and beige. This marble makes 80% of factory's total production. Each year about 8000 to 10.000 m3 of blocks are quarried.
The factory also has a modern water treatment system from Fraccaroli & Balsan.
