[The basic process ]
First, stone materials are sent into crushing machine for preliminary broken, then, was transported by belt conveyor to the finely crushing machine for further broken.
The finely crushing stone is sent into the vibrating finely screen that gives two kinds of stones. One kind of stone which are not meeting with feeding size of sand making machine is sent back to the finely crushing machine for fine crushing again. The other kind of stone are directly sent into sand making machine for producing sand.
One part of the stones which are sent into sand making machine was finally making into sand and further washed by cleaning machine, then finished sand is made. The other part of the stones was sent back to sand making machine for crushing again.
