This machine is the supporting equipment, which is usded in the pst process of tempered glass manufacturing. It can have the glass not homogenized in internal stress self-exploded. Thus can avoid unsafe factors of tempered glass.
It used infrared heating tube to heat and warm wind recycling system to espedite the convection of warm are. Through eradiation,convection and conduction, the furnace temparature can be equalized. When heat reaches to designed temperature, temperature-controlling system will keep the designed temperature automatically. The period of constant temperature is controlled by time relay. After the process of heat preservation, cold wind blasts in automatically for cooling.
