Description: Ginseng is any one of eleven species of slow-growing perennial plants with fleshy roots, belonging to the genus Panax of the family Araliaceae. Ginseng is an excellent tonic with numerous nutrients such as saponins, panaxosides, Rh2, selenium, vitamin A, etc. Traditional Chinese medicine considers ginseng the king of herbs and uses it for general debility, fatigue, for "pacifying the nerve system and nourishing the brain" and for immune support, energy, mental powder, alertness and maintenance of good health.

Main Function :

1. The root of the ginseng plant hasbeen used in China, Japan, and Korea for many centuries as abenefit in psychiatric and neurological conditions, and for enhancing vitality.

Dosage:
The dosage is to take 2-3g powder like roots and rhizome everyday. It is also fit to take 300-400mg concentrated solid extract which set eleutheroside-B and eleutheroside-E as the standard.

Safety:
Side effects generally appears (containing insomnia ,allergic ,pressure and anxiety) when the doses is high (three times per day, 4.56ml per time),it appears pains, headache, palpitation and high blood pressure after the rheumatic heart disease people used and very few users appear a slight short-term diarrhea.
