Hot-dip Galvanized Iron Wire, also known as hot-dip zinc-plated iron wire, or thermally galvanized iron wire.
We produce hot-dipped galvanized iron wire at diameter from 0.5mm to 4.0mm, which can be supplied in the form of coil wire, spool wire, etc. We produce quality hot-dip galvanized iron wire with careful control of every process from steel rod coil, wire drawing, annealing, rust removing, and acid washing, electric galvanizing to wire coiling.

Material:
*Low Carbon Steel wire with tensile strength 30-55kg/mm2
*High tensile strength carbon steel wireWire diameter: 0.5mm - 4.0mm
Zinc coating: about 40gram - 290gram.
Production Process of Hot-dipped Galvanized Iron Wire:
Steel rod coil -- Wire Drawing -- Annealing -- Rust Removing -- Acid Washing -- Zinc Plating -- Wire Coiling.

Packing:
Different coil diameter or coil weight available for customersÿ?choice.
*10-1000KGS coil lined with wax paper or PVC stripes and wrapped with Hessian cloth.
*In small coil of 0.5-10KGS.
*To be straightened & cut in requested length, then in bundles & put into carton.


Electro Galvanized Iron Wire is also known as electric galvanized iron wire or galvanized steel wire. We produces electric galvanized wire at diameter ranging from 0.2mm to 5.0mm, which can be supplied in the form of coils, spools, U type wire or straightened and cut into tie wire. Electric Galvanized Iron Wire we produce usually goes through standard processes under careful control from steel rod coil, wire drawing, annealing, rust removing, acid washing, boiling, drying, zinc feeding to wire coiling.

Zinc coating: about 8gram to 12gram.
