Galbanum also is a gum with the scientific name of “Ferula galbaniflua” and its English name galbanum from the “Umbelliferae” family. The extracted gum is then dried and harvested in yellow, brown, or green.
An aromatic substance called Galbanum is taken from Galbanum’s root juice, and it is used medicinally in European languages.
