Galbanum also is a gum with the scientific name of “Ferula galbaniflua” and its English name galbanum from the “Umbelliferae” family. The extracted gum is then dried and harvested in yellow, brown, or green. An aromatic substance called Galbanum is taken from Galbanum’s root juice, and it is used medicinally in European languages. Galbanum gum is an organic and natural product that is harvested from the Galbanum plant in the pastures and mountains of Iran.
