Application:

GT-60 Automatic side load case packer is suitable for packing the slice goods like plaster posted with carton or box. For example: plaster posted, Antifebrile posted, Hemostatic posted, eye mask and so on. GT-60 Automatic side load case packer can put the goods with specification book into the carton automatically.

Feature:

1. GT-60 Automatic side load case packer can automatically finish the working of carton forming, goods delivery, specification book delivery and sealing both sides of carton.
2. Both sides of carton can be sealed by two ways: Faucet and spraying hot melt glue.
3. GT-60 Automatic side load case packer is controlled automatically by PLC, and speed is adjusted by frequency control system. Many of electrical appliances are made by international famous brand. For example: Japan OMRON PLC, SMC pneumatic element, Germany BECKER vacuum pump and Switzerland Robatech hot melt applicator.

4. GT-60 Automatic side load case packer can be operated manually or automatically. Two ways can be shifted freely. And the machine can stop automatically if overload happen.

5. GT-60 Automatic side load case packer can detect position of tray. It will not spray the glue when the tray is not in position.

6. GT-60 Automatic side load case packer can check whether the quantity of goods is right and there is the specification book in the box. Servo motor push the goods move forward.
