During another two shafts rewinding new tapes, finished two shafts shall be in static,you shall take them down,take off finished tape,and put new paper core,no waste time.
3.Scrap swing rewinding unit: one time maximum can rewinding one ton jumbo roll’ scrap, reduce your time for changing new paper core for rewinding scrap.
4.3-step length counter: preset tape length in advance , it can make accurate rewinding length and auto stop
5. Banana roller to eliminate tape wrinkling and flat rewinding.
6.Pneumatic brake at jumbo roll loading station : it make machine comes to steady halt or stop when it is fast speed working .
