GA738-I Towel Loom
As an integrated auto loom machine manufacturer in China, we never stop on the research and development of towel weaving looms. GA738-I rapier towel loom has the features of the latest technology, and it is a matured textile loom machine suitable for weaving all kinds of facecloth, tea cloth, hand towel and bath towel, with material of cotton, wool and blended yarns.
Salient Features
The towel loom is an updated model on our former machine, with a new design of the whole back frame. The application of integrated steel wall and strengthened crossbeam have improved the rigidity, weight and stability of the whole towel loom.
The bent axel, center shaft, rockshaft, take-up roller adopt bearing support, so that the machine load can be decreased, making the rotation more flexible and maintenance more convenient.
The loom adopts collision style cam terry pilling which is simple and reliable, mechanical control and electronic control both available.
The loom adopts special design of pilling structure that narrows the distance between first piece heald frame and reed, decreasing the shedding height and warp breakage.
The loom has a simple and friendly appearance with stable and reliable function. It is a suitable model for replacing shuttle towel looms.
