The equipment is a fully automatic double end rubber shell insertion machine that can automatically cut, peel, press and thread one of the wire and press and thread the other end of the terminal into the rubber shell.<Note: We can provide personalized wire harness processing solutions and non-standard customized equipment on the process characteristics of your company's products>
Equipment advantages:
1. With 4 workstation on both sides any workstation can be independently closed, effectively improving production efficiency.
2. Servo knife holder, convenient and fast adjustment of peeling depth.
3. The crimping machine adopts a variable frequency motor with an adjustment accuracy of 0.02mm.
4. Multi functional and freely compatible. The position of the two ends of the shell can be freely selected(depending on the products). The same product length can achieve a 5% drop.
5. Integrated operation( crimping management, vision, parameters) all-in-one machine.
6. Insertion adopts a 3- axis split type operation, effectively improving insertion efficiency;Guided insertion method effectively improves insertion accuracy and protection protective terminal functional area.
