Fully Automatic Solely Oil Purifier Series Designed for Fuel Oil and Light Oil

TYB-B series integrate precision filtration, high dewatering efficiency, vacuum cubic evaporation and automatic control.

Its filtration process is divided to 3 stages -3 rd stage filtration, primary stage filtration, 2nd stage filtration and the precision filtration. Special filter element is adopted, which has a high filtration precision, large dirt accommodation and long lifetime.

Its water removing device contains advanced oil water separation filter of a special ratio which contributes to its high water removal efficiency and capacity, 20 times over ordinary vacuum or centrifugal process. The water content in oil after treatment is less than 5PPM, the emulsified oil water structure in the medium is completely broken and the cleanliness of medium is controlled stably within the designed specification.

Its automatic control system utilizes the reliable PLC programmable logic control and non-electrical testing technology, which provide for an effective detection of various operating condition of equipment with the availability of self-performance, smart temperature control, pressure protection and mal-operation prevention function. The system has a complete self-check function and a strong anti-jamming capability. Moreover an RS232 communication terminal is available to enable connecting with computer to realize remote control and maintenance. A handset remove control terminal is also preset to facilitate operations without the presence of duty operators.

TYB-B Purifier is equipped with advanced demulsifying, water separation and automatic control functions, which can speedily and thoroughly remove the free water, dissolved water, gas and impurities in the oil, being widely applied to locations. There is a requirement to remove both the large amount and minimal amount of water in light oil, transformer oil and steam oil.
