Equipment Introduction

The fully automatic riveting, plug (or washer) insertion, and inspection integrated machine is a fully automated, intelligent device that combines riveting, plug (or washer) insertion, and inspection functions. It is widely used in industries such as pharmaceuticals, electronics, buttons, automotive, and home appliances where high-precision assembly and quality control are required. Raw materials enter the riveting machine via high-speed sorting equipment. After riveting, components proceed to the plug (or gasket) insertion station, then advance through an indexing turret to an AI vision inspection machine for final quality assessment. Defective items are automatically rejected during processing. Beyond achieving full automation across feeding, sorting, riveting, plugging (or shimming), and inspection, this system incorporates an intelligent diagnostic system. It continuously monitors operational status and precisely pinpoints faults during equipment malfunctions, significantly elevating the level of intelligent manufacturing within enterprises.

The transmission structure employs spiral bevel gears, offering extended service life, low noise, and high meshing precision.
Heating rods and suction rods move vertically within three concentric bores, extending and retracting without lubrication, thereby preventing heating contamination.
Plugs (gaskets) remain wrinkle-free, free of skewed edges, and maintain consistent flatness and height.
