Product Description
This equipment is immersion cleaning machine. mainly used for quartz tube which is used in diffusion and extension equipment and silicon carbide tube
1.The whole equipment using the German magnetic white polypropylene plate (PP) welded with Germany welding equipmentand .
2.The equipment consists of two cleaning grooves , inner groove for pickling tank, outer groove for washing tank, both grooves are arranged on the isolation groove, isolated from the bottom and around.
3.The isolation groove bottom is inclined, the lowest with a drainage pipe, an exhaust device arranged after isolation groove.
