Fully Automatic Pasteurization Production Line

Specification of technical flow for Water DIP Treatment production line: Deliver the well-packed products by the conveyor belt to the sterilizing tunnel (high pressure pump injected water and mix with steam and heat up ) to process sterilization treatment(90 celsius10-30minutes, both can be regulated as needed). And move the products into cooling tunnel(water cycle cooling) after the sterilizing process to process cooling treatment. Then go into the drying machine for dryness treatment and deliver the products to the working platform for packing.

Features: The machine is made of 304 stainless steel and the conveyor belt of sterilization production line adopts the stainless steel chain and 304 plates with combination of punching and briquetting. Adopts the imported proportional valve for heating and controlling steam to balance temperature. The usage of the high pressure pump making water cycle heating which is more scientificenergy-saving and keeps temperature accurate.
