Operation :
This machine is suitable to measure the dimension of high volume oil seals in the production line.

1.The operator picks an oil seal as a sample and measures the dimension by 2D or 3D measure. Then sets the measured dimension in the HMI as a sample dimension to teach the PLC how to check the inspecting parts.
2.The feeding glass plate carrying the pieces to the inspection unit.
3.To measure I.D. of the different color oil seal.
4.The measurement of the ovalization, concentricity and wire diameter are the reference for the operator.
5.To measure flashes and lacks of material by measurement.
6.The machine sorts the inspected parts for good parts and defects.
7.The operator sets the machine with the parameters and the tolerances, as a result he obtains a complete counting report of the good parts and the defects.
8.The statistic can be saved in the USB device for computer analysis purpose.
9.The machine is able to start measuring the parts 30 minutes later after the main power is turned on.
