This machine works well with both 13 or 13-1/2 gauge wire for production of 4 turn Futon springs, 5 and 6 turn bedding springs. The operator simply drops a batch of coils into the sorting bin periodically, while the built in computer will control the feed of coils and helical wire to assemble the bedding spring desired. Each operator can manage 2 to 3 machines at the same time. Each machine will assemble 26,500 coils (approx. 85 units of 312 Full size bedding spring) for each 8 hour shift. It is a very low operating cost and low maintenance machine, and most ideal choice for high volume mattress manufacturers.
