Gravure Printing Machine (FTB-M Multifunctional Lamination and Coating Machine) is applicable for production of aluminized transfer golden card, transfer laser card, aluminized-film golden card, and aluminum-foil laminated paper. The line can achieve many functions such as back coating, wet lamination, delamination, and color coating.
The line uses PLC and color touch-screen HMI, to achieve automation control such as line operation, and on-line inspection. It achieves dynamic synchronized control of the tension and speed in each section such as unwinding, gluing, lamination, color coating, drying, cooling, and rewinding.
The winder adopts photoelectricity pneumatic servo tracking and large-diameter central winding mode, with automatic tapered tension control, to effectively avoid scratching and damaging on the surface of products, and to ensure large-diameter winding quality.
