ABOUT POTATO
Potato is number one agriculture product in Bangladesh and best demanded vegetable in the world. Potatoes produce different times in different places and crop season starts in Bangladesh during November-December every year and harvesting time starts from end of February and April each year. Bangladesh produces once in a year.
Bangladesh is one of the best producers of Potato country in the world. We have many varieties and the most common varieties are
Diamond Long Variety,
Granola,
Vanila and
Cardinal.
The production capacity is quite satisfactory in the country and most of the percentage are consumed locally and still have best opportunity to export other countries. Our government strongly encouraged to export agro-based product to increase the export volume.

From February – April we can provide/ supply fresh potato and after this period the price will be higher because we provide it from our cold storages.
GRADE & SIZE:
Weight : (80gm – 200gm+ we have available as per buyer request.)
 150gm -and above (Grade-1),
 100gm-150gm and (Grade- 2) and
 80gm-100gm and above (Grade- 3)

PACKAGING & DELEVARY:
 10/20/25 KGs Mash/PP Bag or (as per buyer requirement.)
 Delivery Time: 10- 20 Days


QUALITY CONTROL
We are very strict to maintain our quality standard as per our buyers requirements either in Grading, Weight and Packing. We have experienced employee to maintain the quality standard. We have some staff members/Quality Controllers are well trained by foreign expert of Agriculture Department of Bangladesh Government.
Potato will be sorted and graded carefully as per directions of the Quality Controller of the Buyer (Agriculturist) and will be packed with utmost care in brand new strong mesh bags containing 10kg, 20kg, 25.00 kg Mesh/ net bag.
CONTAINERS
We use one door open container and preferable 20 foot. The container is nice decoration by bamboo structure and bottom in wooden plate and easily can pass air and humidity. Generally, we have been loaded 14 MTs in 20 foot one door open container and this is our normal practice. Besides these, in highly tempered weather, we use 40 feet referrer container in which can be loaded around 26 MTs.

EXPORT CAPACITY
9,000 MTs round the year.
( Fresh Potatoes at January-May by dry container).
( Frozen Potatoes at June- Dec. by Frozen/ Refferer container).


PRICE:
FOB: (USD160 - 375) Metric Ton

PAYMENT:
50% Payment will be made in advance through T/T and Rest 50% payment will be made after receiving the Shipment documents/ Bill of Lading/ Or L/C.
