Free-semi-ball float trap

Working principle



The Free-semi-ball float trap has only one down-facing semi-ball float bucket for move part. The ball bucket is disc as well as sealing. When the device starts, the air in pipe and cryogenic condensate water enter in trap through transmitting tube, the bimetal evacuate parts flick the ball bucket, the valve opened, the air and the cryogenic condensate water rapidly discharged. When the steam enters into the ball bucket which produces upward buoyancy, simultaneously temperature in the valve rise, bimetal evacuate parts shrink, the ball bucket floats to the valve port, the valve closed. When steam in ball bucket turns to condensate water, the ball bucket goes down for losing the buoyancy, the valve opened, condensate water rapidly discharges. When the steam enters to the ball bucket again, the valve closed , interrupted and continuously works. The trap works without steam leakage for the valve seat locates in the water sealing isolately with the steam and water separately.
