Application
Flotation column is a cylindrical cylinder with aerator. It is suitable for flotation of coal below 0.5mm and metal fine particle, especially for the flotation of high ash rate, extremely fine coal slurry, hard selection as well as the flotation of metal particle.
Working principle
The section of the plate flotation column can be divided into three types: round type, square type, square upside and round down side type. Compressed air comes through the pipe, wind bag and porous medium, and comes into the column from its bottom, and then changes into many small bubbles. Mineral particles come down slowly by gravity, and the bubbles flow upward through down flowing pulp.
