Florex Pipe Cradle

Florex Pipe Cradle is made from high-density polyethylene, cross-linkage, and foaming agent in high temperature and pressure. The structure of Florex Pipe Cradle is bonded by chemical bond, and each micro foam cell is closed exactly. Due to the extremely strong chemical bond, Florex pipe cradle has rather good physical properties such as flexible, chemical resistant, strike resisting and water anti-absorptive. Unlike conventional metal angle brackets and U-bolts, the foam supports are rustproof, flexible, and capable to resist against the impact, vibration, chemical, water, and UV rays.

The density of Florex Pipe Cradle is above 250kg/m3. Due to the few flexibility, Florex pipe cradle can therefore fit for any kind of steel pipes and is able to connect with them completely. Florex Pipe Cradle can be said to be energy saving, environment-friendly, and noise-absorbent accordingly. Moreover, Florex pipe cradle can be used in hot-water pipeline, liquid oxygen, and liquid nitrogen delivery pipeline, so its operation temperature range can afford to endure from 100 to -196 degree C.
