Application:
Flat die pellet mills are generally used for pellet production on a small to medium scale. Flat die pellet mills can process a wide range of biomass materials, for a range of applications. These include wood, straws, grasses and other biomass residues, and also for animal feedstuff.
Raw material for the pellet mill must have passed through sufficient size reduction before it can be placed in the pellet mill. The raw material must have a particle size of 3-5mm or below.

Heart parts-- die and roller are made by high alloy steel wear resistant material according to different materials, in order to have longer work lifetime.
With double layer dies , up and down dual-use, reduce buyer’s cost, so it can reach high capacity , also energy saving .

800-1000hours for SK-200/250/300,
400hours for SK-105/120/150
