The liners are always made of alloy that is hard and strong, so that it can be used for pressing for more than million times without any abrasion. But the surface of the frame, not as strong as that, would be damaged after a period of using, which would degrade the quality of raw tile. Regard to this problem, HengXing Company, through repeated and numerous experiments, has finally concluded a solution: we use a kind of ultra-wear-resisting and high-molecular material to fix, stuck by a super bond, on the surface of the frame. This solution enables the frame to be used for millions of times without any abrasion or wear-out. As a result, the service time of the mould increases while the number of shut-down times reduces, achieving high efficiency.
