With the rapid development of world economy, plastic materials are used more than 250 million metric tons a year. Petroleum is the raw material of plastic, however, it is nonrenewable and being depleted. Therefore, to find substitution or partial substitution for petroleum is the development trend of organic polymer material.
With ultra-fine natural calcite powder as raw material, Filler Masterbatch is a kind of organic-inorganic composite plastic made by surface modification technology. It has good compatibility with PE, PP and EVA plastic. Adding Filler Masterbatch in normal plastic materials saves production cost and improves usage performance.
According to different requirements, Filler Masterbatch is divided into two models, CA2000 and CA1800.
Applications
CA2000 is applicable to PP, PE and EVA Film, pipe, sheeting and injection products which require normal mechanical performance.
CA1800 is applicable to PP, PE and EVA film, pipe, sheeting and injection products which require lower mechanical performance.
