Construct instuction:
1. Either new or old wall surfce should be dry, moisture content should be less then 10 percent,
2. Using it together with the sealer coating
3. Construction temperature should be above 5 centigrate, otherwise, it will be affect the coating
4. Brush, roller, spray are both OK, wash the tolls after it is finished.
