Evening Primrose Oil Softgel

Evening primrose oil (EPO) is extracted from the seeds of the Evening Primrose plant (Oenthera biennis). It is a rich source of the omega-6 essential Fatty acids, Gamma Linolenic Acid (GLA). GLA is converted within cells to prostaglandins, which influence many critical body functions such as reproductive cycle, blood inflammation. It is shown to help regulate the hormone-like prostaglandins associated with premenstrual conditions.

Each capsule contains 1000 mg Oil of Evening Primrose yielding 90 mg Gamma Linolenic Acid.

Other ingredients: Gelatin, water.

As a dietary supplement take 1 capsule daily one half hour before each meal.
