Whole process of wheat flour milling machine:

Cleaning section: to clean out the middle and small impurity from grain , including Vibrating sieve, Magnetic separator, Wheat scourer, Gravity Classify Destoner, Plan-revolving sifter

Conditioning section: We use Wheat Washer, Dampener to give rich moisture to the grain for the next step milling .

Milling section: separate bran and germ from endosperm, sifting different sizes into different bulk and convey them into different system.

Packing section: The packing part can be manual one also can be auto one, this can be designed according to requirement and machine capacity.



Technical for cleaning system：
Three sieves，two beating，two removing stone, three magnetic selecting ,two moisture temper,and one .Wheat-brusher.

Technical for flour system：
Three 10×4Milling，nine 10×2Milling, five Six -bin square sifter, five Purifier make up of 5B、7M、2S、2Tand 4Bran finishers.
