Two, the use of methods

In 1, the main agent and hardening agent ratio 1: 1 ( volume ratio ) ,when using , totally mixed, coated on the surface, and in a fit of light pressure.

2, the appropriate surface treatment: if the surface has a grease of oil must be firstly cleared or be abrasive to remove, plastic or rubber surface must be properly handled.

3, Useing time : as the dosage amount and temperature dependent, generally at 20 degrees C, 100g can use for 1 hours, the film grease dry for 5 hours.

In three, the reference data:

Loss viscosity when the temperature of the part after heat distortion, is between 60 DEG C to 90 DEG C , but - 10 DEG C in winter will not loss adhesion.

Attentions:

1, Generally,coating with two component is accurate, in order to cure totally, can mixed with the static mixer such as spiral films .

2, when useing the glue, one should wear a face mask to avoid odor counterparts, the stimulation of nasal mucosa.

3, if the adhesive carelessly stick on the skin, please immediately clear with soap and water or washing soda.

4, before using,A and B must not mixed.

5, stored in a cool and dry place, avoid direct sunlight and exposure to fire.
