Product Description
Enamelled flat aluminum wire is a type of magnet wire which is drawn by dies with special size,then coat with enamel repetitiously. Compared with the copper enamelled wire,enamelled aluminum wire is easier to be winded. And there is a solid oxide film on the surface of enamelled aluminum wire,which make it has a good insulating effect keeping a long life. It's heat-resistant temperature can be 20 degrees higher than the copper wire due to the insulating effect of aluminum film layer. Also it's lighter 1/3 than copper to reduce significantly the production cost.
Enamelled flat aluminum wire available size ranges from 2-80 mm°.
