Embossing Rollers

Introduction:
The embossing rollers are wildly used in many different materials to make the embossed effects. Making plastic(PVC, ABS, PP, PE, PT, PC etc.), metal, leather, leatheroid, paper, glass, textile, film, hard board, ground tile, napkin, wallpaper, tissue paper, wrapping paper and packing belt more attractive. The rollers also have the characteristc to advance the anti counterfeiting of products.

Characteristics:
After the product process the sample will present the character of Simulation and beautiful patterns. The final products will have strong three-dimensional sense, highly polished precise size and other characteristics.
Generally , we choose high quality seamless steel pipe (special material can be customized according to customer needs), through the boring mill of the hole to unify the wall thickness, and then after welding, stress treatment, lathing, grinding and other refining processes to make the roll blank.
Correction of static balance and dynamic balance.
The roller’s surface is plated by Chrome or other treatment,so the hardness is up to HRC58-62.
The finished roll concentricity≤0.02mm.
