1. The machine structure is constructed from top grade cast steel and internal stress is released to ensure the great rigidity and durability of high precision.
2. All axes have high rigidity ball-screw linear tracks. The rapid moving speed reaches 48m/min, the acceleration rate reaches 1G,suitable for high speed spare parts processing.
3. The ball-screw cap and the pedestal of X axis and Y axis are designed integratively. Extra heavy-duty box type and strengthened honeycomb type supports, low gravity design are all good for prevention of shocks.
4. By using the equal arrangements of the oil points and the volume-type distributors, it achieves the lubricant spreading evenly on all sliding surface.
5. 3 axes adopt latest alternating Japanese Mistubishi servo motor which brings on faster reply speed and output horse power. With high speed and high accuracy, it prevents the reversed internal caused by strap drive.
6. 3 axes adopt highly precise C3 grade ball-screws and dual pre-load nut and pre-tension mechanism to ensure positioning accuracy and reliable repeat precision.
7. 3-Axis ball-screw with P4 grade tilting -angle ball-bearing, featuring the best rigid strength.
8. Spindle with high rigid P4 grade precise bearing and grinding pars, ensure the best rotating movement and enhance machine life.
9. Structure design separately for lubrication and coolant, allowing recycling and environmental friendly.
