ER-HTG series MEMS Gyros
ER-HTG series gyroscope is a solid-state sensor, used to measure angular rate, which has used the MEMS chip, and used the BIMOS’s Production process and carrier Soldering technology to manufactue. With high reliability and high packaging robustness; can be used for inertial measurement components, automotive electronics with high reliability, missile guidance and control, vehicle stability control, antenna stabilization, camera, digital photography, robotics and other systems.
