5. Spindle with high rigid P4 grade precise bearing and grinding parts, ensure the best rotating movement and enhance machine life.
6. Structure design separately for lubrication and coolant, allowing recycling and environmental friendly.
7. 3-Axis by using box type sideway achieve heavy machining ability and overall, a structure of outstanding stability. All sideways are hardened, precision ground and coated with TURCITE-B and sophisticate hand-scraping allowing a low friction and steady movement. X-axis travels with full support. X,Z axis ball-screw fixed nut with one piece.
