1. High Rigidity Symmetric Structure
i. Main structure is constructed by the advanced cast iron, and is also matched with structure intensity analysis, so the high rigidity is achieved.
ii. Four-sideway type pedestal is cast with integrity forming technology.
iii. All axes sideway tracks are hardened and matched with anti-friction flakes, so excellent wear ability, shockproof function and high intensity are achieved.
2. Working table without overhanging effect
i. The extremely long hardened tracks and high rigidity of the pedestal ensure the stability and good precision of the working table and the work piece when moving, to avoid the overhanging effect.
ii. Main structures are made from strong plates,matched with well-designed supports and box type structure for achieving overall rigidity of this machine.
iii. axes are equipped with wearable flakes to prevent long time friction for good precision in both static and dynamic states.

iv. 3 axes sideways adopt large hardened wide tracks; wide tracks are good supports for large volume load.
v. Wide track pedestal type sideways ensure the stability when operating.
vi. The saddle with extremely long tracks ensures the precision and avoids the overhanging effect when the working table is operating.

i. Max. load of the working table reaches 4600KG which meets the demands of large work piece processing.
ii. The spindle with high torque is matched with ZF gear box for the heavy cutting.
