EKF 1700 Stone-Based Multideck Oven

EKOL Folded baking ovens are equipped by special developed circulation system and heat proof stone floors. A perfect baking result is obtained by providing equal distribution of heat. There are steam tubes that produce very strong vapours in desired quantities at each fold. They can be opened and closed independently, so that the vapour of each fold can be adjusted. It provides the possibility to bake different types of cakes etc.. simultaneously. Heat loss is prevented and energy saving is provided using high isolation and precious isolation materials. Glass can be located to the covers when desired.
