EDX(CNC Precision Engraving Machine) 550

1. Its structure is of gantry type, which was made by advanced meehanite cast iron. Internal supports are strengthened. All structure is treated by anneal for the stability and the prevention of distortion. It is a little heavier, compared with the similar machine.
2. Fully enclosed cover, three ways open, easy to process products. It is equipped with KABO-GERMANN 120H control system, researched and developed in Germany and specially used in the engraving machine.
3. Main parts such as servo motor, linear tracks,coupling, screw are imported from Japan, Switzerland, Germany and Taiwan. Strengthened high precision and high efficiency are main characteristics. Different materials such as iron, copper, aluminum, graphite and organic glass can be precisely processed.
4. Oil coolant system to the spindle assembly prevents the damage to the spindle when temperature rises in high speed working condition.
5. Precise ball-screws, linear tracks and coupling are measured tightly to ensure the stability when the machine moving and no interval when the machine moves back.
6. For more efficiency, tool box can be added.
The Z axis of EDX-550 is prolonged and its structure is also strenghtened. It is suitable for the mass production of high resolution products. It is easy to operate. Under certain technical conditions,the panel processed by this machine can be used in the high resolution products such as celluar phone,digital camera,MP3 player and so on. KABO-GERMANN 120H control system is equipped with;the rapid feed speed of each axis reaches 20m/min;cutting feed speed reaches 15m/min;rotary operation interface and MPG box are also available.More easier to operate and keep stable. EDX-550 is suitable for high frequency mold, plastic mold,brone electrodes,high resolution panel,stainless tools,small molds and relevant industry.
