The customized curve electroform could besimulated and computed scientifically through 3D CAD. Through accuratefeasibility evaluation to ensure the products attain ECE or SAE certificationonce we accept the project.

Taiwan K-LITE equips withclass A standard optical room and optometric apparatus. Until now, we own near20 electroforming tank, annual production value about 800,000 U.S. dollars. Theflat electroform output could reach 200 pieces per year. K-Lite further develops the nickel-plating.The hardness of electroform can over HRC45 degrees.

The Reflective products: Regardless of automobile ormotorcycle products, over 500 cases have been successfully mass production, andachieved certification. For the full range of bicycle reflectors and automotivewarning triangle reflectors, K-LITE reflex mold can also fulfill the EUstandards.
