EP-1 series profile projector is one kind of high precision measuring instrument, which is unified with optic, precision machinery and electronic measurement, mainly used for measuring and inspecting the size, length, sharp, profile of the high precision work piece and mould, and make the comparison of the measuring result and the record.

Contructed with top class components and under high standard of workmanship, EP-1 achieves very high measuring accuracy, the axial measuring accuracy is (3+L/100)um( L stands for the measuring length, in mm), and the profile measuring error is less than 0.08% under the illumination of transmission light.

EP-1 is widely used in the field of product design, manufacturing and inspection, quality control and
academic research for the following industries: mould, tools, screw, gears, watch-making, automatic lathe, optical components and aviation industry.

EP-1 series profile projector is equipped with ES-10P full function data process system and the micro printer which can print out the measuring result directly.

Classified by the different measurement travel of X and Y axis, EP-1 has 3 models: EP-1 1510(X:150mm, Y:100mm), EP-1 2010(X:200mm Y:100mm), and EP-1 2515(X:250mm, Y:150mm).
